    like a month ago we recibed a letter from the uscis, telling us that they could not admit a CD of our engagement party because it was not the format requiered. and yesterday we recibed a letter telling us that they cant not continue the process since there is not enough information about the two year meeting requirement. even tough we sent pictures, letters, recives of hotel, etc. What should we do? seems to be that the evidence got lost and the uscis didnt recived

      It sounds like you didn't send anything that dates you both being there together. For proof of meeting you should send passport stamps, boarding psases etc. that show you were both in the same country at the same time within the last 2 years.

    hello plz I need help. We sent the application for the fiance visa on october 10. we already recived the NOA 1.
