    Yung mga approved na pero "Ready" prin status, with our case, I was told na the embassy is just waiting for the "computer generated approval" to actually print the visa. Kahit kausapin ko pa daw ung case worker, they can't do anything because they can't print the visa if it's not in their computer daw..

    Pray nalang tayo na they get the approval agad. With our case nmn, after Issued Dec 9, Dec 11 forwarded to 2go, Dec 12 on hand na. :)

    Dec 13 PDOS, Dec 15 at LAX na hubby ko.

    I don't think so kasi sila hubby noon (2011), friday sila nainterview tapos the following tuesday (morning) dineliver na sa bahay namin yung passports nila. Bale 2 working days lang pinrocess yung visa nila.

    Oo nga eh. Hehe. I checked the status at 8am and it na ung status

    'Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery'

    Hopefully mag respond sila sa email mo.. I emailed them nung i was trying to follow up our case. They send you an auto email na up to 7 business daw sila mag reply.. But i waited more than that, hindi nmn nag reply. :( na issued nlng ung visa, d prn ako naka tangap ng reply.. Hehe.

    Another number i called is 301-2000, na memorize ko na sa ka fo-follow up ko last week and the week before..

    *Dec 6 1:30 pm VISA ON HAND (YAHOOO!!)

    DEC 9 PDOS na ako (*,*)

    Where did you check the in transit status? Also on CEAC?

    PS. / UPDATE;

    Dec. 9 (checked at almost 12nn PH time, i didn't wanna check earlier coz i didn't wanna get my hopes up.. Lol) ISSUED!

    Two weeks since my husband's interview & it is still "IN PROCESS". I asked what that means & it just means to "wait". Tagal nmn nila maka print ng visa. :( IV Unit CSR of the embassy sent a follow-up email to the case worker yesterday. Anyway, we were told to call back later this week, so hoping it will be issued na.

    Naiinis lng ako kasi wala nanaman daw kailangan and it is considered "COMPLETE" just waiting to be printed. Even my dad said "So insuffient"..

    Regarding his interview, he wasn't asked much. Just the basic questions & who our joint sponsor was.

    Also about the albums, only 1 album fit through the window! Haha! But that was enough, according to the filipino worker. Our wedding album & family vacay album is "short" bond paper size na hard cover, so it didn't fit. Haha!

    They also didn't ask for proof of convos, but my husband brought Facetime logs & iMessage shots, just in case. :)

    Anyway, i'm still praying his visa will be issued real soon. But i lost hope that he will be here before my next OB appt on Dec. 9. Lol. Basta, before Christmas lang, please! ?

    hi everyone! i went to usembassy in manila today because I reschedule my interview date given by nvc,,they will gonna ask you what is your original interview date set by nvc and ask you why you re sched it? they told me are you aware that when nvc set an interview for you there is no way to re sched it,just follow the original date given by nvc..so I have nothing to do and went back home..so sad but atleast I can share to everyone about it..if you have an original interview date set by nvc follow it if you have no valid reason to sched it in advance,cause they will gonna send you home..

    That is really weird. They didn't tell my husband anything, but maybe because his original interview was on Dec 9? (Only about 3 weeks later than when he went). The embassy did not know anything about our current pregnancy because they didn't even look at all our albums (sonogram pic was in the 3rd album) & they only asked about our current toddler. (who watches him when i work?). So sorry you got denied of an earlier interview. :( but you're right, in God's perfect time, you will be approved and be with your family soon.

    Case Update; So as i mentioned; The USEM in Manila did not have his medical results on his file yet & after 2 days of "Administrative Processing" (Nov 19-interview & Nov 20), for Nov 21, it updated again to READY! Which makes me happy because i read on VJ that after Ready, ISSUED will be next. :) Praying for his visa soon coz he has to attend an "Orientation" before he can fly. Philippines, if you did not know this, just a heads up (since we only found out about it yesterday - Sighh) Emigrants have to attend a Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar at the CFO office in Manila or Cebu before leaving. Luckily there is an office in Cebu. :) if you already knew this, great, i guess we live under a rock! Haha. (1st time consular experience)

    Congratulations Miacarmela! ;) pls share us ur hubby's interview experience :) thanks

    I will, as soon as i find out more. He's flying back go cebu then we get to facetime. Lol

    So far, he said just the basic questions, my address, when we got married, how we met, & if there is another sponsor's involved. (Yes, then he showed them his copy of our joint sponsor's aos) Then he was told by the American Consul he's been approved but next window told him they are still waiting for his medical results from SLEC. (Weird, i know, SLEC forwarded It on Oct 23 but a friend mentioned that sometimes it takes a while for them to "locate" it) He was told to wait up to 2 weeks for his visa in the mail.

    That's what i know so far.

    Oh, & they looked at our albums. :) I sent him wedding, maternity, & our family "vacation" in the philippines. Hmmm. That's about what i know so far.

    VISA APPROVED!! BUT for some odd reason they still don't have my husband's medical results when he had his Medical in October & we called SLEC & they said they have forwarded it. He was told to wait up to 2 weeks for his visa though. So i guess it really means he was approved.. I called the embassy to verify with their incoming mail section & i can't get through the number.
