Still here with you Giantrue. No movement on ours either. She is Venezuelan, so we figure that could be part of the delay.

Looks like you did not copy the whole CSC and VSC lists. So now several CSC applicant's names are deleted from the CSC list (including mine). The VSC list had 33 applicants but now shows only 12.
You do realize that someone else had quickly responded to notify me of the same thing and only two posts below that, I corrected with the full updated list? Your response quoting the list I made in error has only placed an incorrect list back out there.
If I could delete my original, I would. Mods: If you are able to do that for me it would be great.

Where did they get the picture for the card?
We filed Dec 13, 2013. We had an appointment June 2 but moved so now July and nothing for Portland Oregon our new area. Your thoughts?

I believe they will use one of the passport style photos we submitted with the AOS application. I will confirm when the card arrives next week.
It is hard to know what will happen with an individual scenario, but if you submitted more than sufficient information when you applied, my gut tells me you will eventually not have an interview. But that is just a gut feeling and again, we submitted more than enough information, pictures, proof of combined finances/living expenses (i.e. joint names on utility bill, joint car insurance coverage, many photos, etc).
I'm also a believer that big brother is always watching and that they probably know if your spouse is already working/establishing permanent ties to your area. Again, this is obviously one person's opinion and I have no facts to go off on any of this stuff - we just submitted overkill on our application and hoped for the best like everyone else.

We called yesterday & today we got the email, plus I checked it online everything is approved??? As you say where was my file that in less than 24 hours of a call it is all completed..............Moments12 ours must have been under yours! Make that call if you are still waiting as i-130 should be all processed by now according to our phone call.
Any idea how long it will take to get our cards? It states it could be up to 60 days?
Ours was mailed less than four days after receiving the notification that we were approved.

We received notification via text message yesterday (7/11/2014) that our card was being produced. We had not ever received any notification of a interview waiver or anything else since the initial acceptance phase.
Best of luck to those still waiting. We filed in late December, so I would think any others should get some sort of notification soon.

Am I the only one who's still waiting without a Potential Interview Waiver letter?
You're not the only one, we are right there with you...stuck in "Acceptance" and no letter about interview or interview waiver.

Ok, thank you all for the info - we thought there were probably many others in limbo right now. We also have had EAD and AP for some time now (since early March) and had been lucky with how fast our process was moving along, but it has hit a slow point at a critical time for my wife to apply to become a teacher. EAD works in many job areas, but apparently Permanent Residency must be officially obtained for the school district program.

How many other December filers for the Dallas office are still stuck in "Acceptance" status for their AOS? We are hoping to be updated sometime this month.

In our instance, after receiving verification from NVC that the case was sent to the embassy in Caracas, we emailed the embassy in Caracas directly with reference to our case and asked if an interview could be scheduled. They responded within 24 hours with a interview date. Your results may be different.

I know this is a year old thread, but can you confirm for me if only your birth certificate required Apostille and not the police record? My fiance is about to have her interview later this month and it could save us time to only do the birth certificate.

My fiance will have her medical in two weeks and I am curious if the results are mailed to the embassy or provided back to her by the physician in a sealed envelope that she must bring to the embassy?
Any help is appreciated.
