Sorry to hear all your frustrations with the waiting times ,it is a very frustrating process.Our papers were stuck at USCIS for almost 1 year. The next is NVC and we waited another year for that. Just had case complete the other day. Good Luck !!

May I ask what you got two checklists for? With the faster processing times, it's been a while since anything (including the checklists) are taking anywhere near to 60 days, but I obviously still have sleepless nights about getting one!

The first checklist they said I needed to prove relationship to my mother because she was co sponsor. The second check list was they said I did not have my wife's police report but was not true I provided it when I sent original package.

Thank You our scan date was March 10, 2015 was my scan date after the second checklist. I have been at NVC since July 10,2014. Just pray that you have no checklist that puts you off an extra 60 days. Now we wait for interview at Embassy. Good Luck !!

Nebraska Service Center is the Laziest of them all !!! Almost 10 months of waiting and still can't put a service request .

I am an April filer and mine got transferred last month , I heard the same message as you but days later got a letter saying it was transferred to Nebraska.

The mailed notice will indicate what office it was transfered.

you can call 1(800)375-5283 and the voice operator will say to which service center it was transferred.

Does anyone know what to do if i have left the United States while my

I130 still has not been approved for my wife. It has been 5 months and nothing has happened yet. I have come to Belgium to be with her.Should i transfer my case to a local office in Belgium ?
