I got approved  w 601A and only then realized that my passport expired , had to fly to San Francisco Ukranian consulate,  now waiting hopefully till the mid January to file 260 w new passport .

If it’s on your date you should be able to en-suite but I think it has to be at least a day after your date so keep a really close eye on it and once it changes to October 11th make an enquiry right away. My date was June 15th if I remember correctly and the moment it hit June 16 I sent the enquiry, I got an email saying my case had been assigned to an officer and I would have a response in 60 days and exactly 60 days later I got my approval email. 4th time they moving date since I could inquire ...

Now it's 14 months

No news , but my lawyer called USCIS and they expedite request . Promised to give an answer before Oct 26 . Another BS answer , not sure what is going on .

Your petition is still pending consideration. USCIS records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received.
Just would like to know in what order ???

People from December being approved or asked for RFE .

October 10 will be ONE YEAR since they received my case .
