      Go to this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and fill out online form DS 260 asap, that should have been one of the first things you did. Don't delay.

      Received Case Number and I864 Bill on 11/22/2013 Received IV bill on 11/26/2013 papers will be mailed out express tomorrow.
