No yet, my husband is been out of town for the last 2 weeks so he wasent able to check the mail and see were we was tranfers too... he didnt have a phone service as well so he didnt call... i was checking in the uscis web site this morning and i saw that we got approved!

Approved last night too! yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!!

My PD is oct 10.... and I got nothing yet! So sad! ! Im happy for who got transfer I hope mine will get transfer anytime soon!

i just read this topic and i hope someone of you have an answer for me.

I will go visit in the Us my husband in Feb for less than 4 weeks... i work in the Us military base in my country and my work place made a paper that say that i will be on leave days until the 17th march and if they have any questions about my employment they write a number that they can call. Is that enought prove that i will go back to Italy or i need more? I have a rent house and bills on my name and car insurance just payed for 6 months... but all in Italian language is that matters?

No one can say for sure what contitutes enough proof that you are returning home. They may let you right through without asking much of anything, or they might refuse you. Depends on the officer. Bring as much proof as you can: return ticket, work documents, lease on your apartment, whatever you have.

I personally have not been asked for any documentary evidence, even though I had it with me, and I've gotten through just fine so far, although the longest I've been in the us for since applying was about two weeks.

Thank you so much, i have a lot of proof that i can bring with me like bills, document that show that i pay my house rent on feb and my car insurance just pay good for 6 months... but there are all in Italian is that metters? That's a great start. But, you should definately bring more. Do you have a lease document? bills in your name? coming up doctors appointments?....

I hope is going to to be 5 months as well!!! But is 7.5 is better than than 18 !!!!! I was so scary and sad about it!
