He can't get his license without it...

How is he supposed to get his license or work ???? 3 months? It says 45 days though

Paid the fee like 2 weeks before....

So my husband has been in the USA for over 40 days and we haven't recieved his green card. We didn't even recieve a welcome letter or a tracking number. The Elis website still says it's optimiZed after we paid the $165 fee and nothing yet. So what should we do????

I think I got a case complete im not even sure....I'll have to call.

But does anybody have any idea how long it takes from case complete date for nvc to send it to the embassy?

When you sent your IV supporting documents on 1/5 they received it and then they scanned it that day or a few days later. At some point you received an email telling you that they are taking 60 days to review them. In about a month or so they will get to your case and say it's done or you made a mistake.

Its much much more than a month. more like two months and a half and then if you made a mistake....you send them correction and have to wait another 2 months or so...

This really sucks so many other embassies are expediting for the same reason

Theyre gonna care about 2013, 2012, 2011, so everything before 2011 I don't think theyre gonna care about.

so for the past three years if your father hasn't worked just put zeros in q13. and write a letter that says its zero because he hasn't worked or he haven't been in the us etc.

and again since you have a co-sponsor I wouldn't even worry about your father's I-864 too much. when I sent mine they requested information about the co-sponsor they didn't even care about my I-864

so make sure the co-sponsor fills out their I-864 and sends proof of income

I know but is there anything I can do to make nvc look at the papers faster?

I think it's a good idea to print those papers from it's website that he hasn't filed

But in the end they're gonna care about the co sponsor since your father doesn't make enough

You should send with I 864 last three tax transcript ir forms, recent paystubs, w2

N I'm not sure what ur situation is to answer the other questions

Is ur father bringing u to the us? Or bringing ur wife? Or what?

If you have a copy of your birth cert. you can send that because they accept copies now just to get the process goin n then talk to them about what they lost after

I requested an expedite through nvc but that's what I received:

To provide the most expeditious service to all applicants, the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad will try to accelerate appointments for documentarily complete cases and schedule them at the earliest opportunity. The applicant and/or petitioner should provide all required documentation to the National Visa Center (NVC) as soon as possible. Please note that it is not possible to adjudicate your case until all missing documentation has been submitted.

That's what u get everytime. I'm pregnant and I'm gonna deliver in 3 months and will be facing financial hardship on too of that my husband is in Iraq and we all know how that is.

What else an I do to expedite? Nvc took 2 and half months to review and send a checklist I'm so stressed plz help

So my co-sponsor files jointly with her husband and the total gross income will include not only her income from working but will also include her husband's income from social security. I got a checklist that the total income should match the total income from the tax form...well...she's sponsoring not her husband and If I write their total gross income as it shows on the tax form that means im including her husbands too ........what do I do?

to be more clear I think the total income would include her husband's social security so what should I do? cuz it wont match the w2

my joint sponsor files taxes with her husband. the income is all hers and then he gets only social security. but he won't be signing anything she's doing it alone and she makes enough.

what does that mean? and what should I do?
