  1. Hi guys im going to have my interview next next week. Today I saw on my interview letter it says Financial Evidence- incomplete... What do i need to bring to the interview for this financial evidence? I have my petitioners and co spinsors latest IRS copies...

Just bring the latest 2013 itr and w2 of your petitioner and co sponsor...ready to go...we have the same situation..see to it they meet the poverty guideline☺️Don't forget the other docs u passed at the nvc

  2. Hi sis thank you po, sorry na tagalan reply ku medyu na busy kasi smile.png I'l share my interview experience smile.png

Jan 23, 2014 @ 5:00am we reached USEM, i brought along my sis kasi i have a 1 yr old baby but unfornately hindi cya pinapasok sad.png We able to get inside the bldg mga 6:00 then started the stage 1 process -finger printing (took like 2 mins ) after i was told to sit again for my number to be called ,,,like 30 mins my number appeared on the screen, karga karga ku c baby papuntang window #39,very strict yung officer, daming hiningi sakin ( 1864-i/ birth certificate ni baby/ letter of explanation from hubby since wala cyag file nung 2012 ITR / lates paystubs ) Few questions i remember he asked :

    * Have you been abroad?

    * Your husband doesnt have work?

    * Have you paid for your child's visa application?

After the grilling he asked me to sit & wait cz my number will be called again, subra akung ginabahan kasi feeling ku 221g na talaga aku like 99% sad.png i was like conditioning myself na God has plans bt ganito ang nang yari, bsta dami kng inisisp while waiting for the next counter sad.png then atlast my number appeared #5011 to window #63, i was like floating while walking towards the window (karga karga c baby) ...i felt relieved kasi subrang warm nang american consul, bait nya she asked few questions & it took like 3 mins, :

*When did you & your hubby meet?

    *When did you get married?

*why it took you so long to get married?

    * Can you show me photos ? ( you & hubby).....hmmm then see said ' everythings looks alright so , you can have your sit & wait ....after that few mins punta aku sa window 79 merun folder na chenick yung filipino officer tapos he gave me back the appoint letter & told me to proceed to 2go counter...then thats it ! smile.png soooo happy talga...iwas sooo suprise kasi i was expectng na 221g na po aku but God is sooo good he gave it na po in His time smile.png ....When is ur interview sis? good luck po , just pray & everything will go smoothly

    Thank you and congrats sis?

  3. My husband is the beneficiary and the questions asked were pretty easy he said like, how we met, how long we've known each other -- just simple personal questions really happy.png

The 221g was for the AOS, actually during the interview they requested for the end of 2013 paystubs, and he only had the December copy with him and they wanted more thus the 221g, plus on the email we received regarding the 221g instructions when he got home they wanted me to submit an updated AOS i864 as well as an i864a from my mom, which was weird since during the NVC period i only submitted an i864EZ form coz my current salary have met the poverty guidelines anyway... but regardless we just complied and submitted whatever they need and got the visa issued after 11 days from his interview dancin5hr.gif

If you have your interview set, just prepare all the documents needed and also provide updated copies of those like 2013 W2, ITR (if available) and paystubs just to be safe.. hope this helps and goodluck!

Thank you very much ewoi26..hoping for march interview...thank you very much and congrats?

  4. Hi ussucciks, when did your case got transferred?

My PD is May 29, 2012 and I got transferred last July 9 2013.. I received my approval last Aug 9 from TSC.. CesKat on the other hand is still waiting for her NOA2, we're hopeful for this week since we got transferred on the same day..

Good luck to yours as well good.gif

I can see from your timeline your done with your interview can I ask what are the questions asked and what is your 221g for?TIA

  5. hi

no, you cannot file the EZ because that is for petitioners with no co or joint sponsors. that you have income over the poverty guideline yourself and don't need a co sponsor or joint sponsor

you will file the i864 as sponsor. Is the joint sponsor married and will use his or her spouses income? only one form per person.

who is the other person, direct family living in the same household? fi not, then the other person is a joint sponsor and will use another i864 and will mark I am the only joint sponsor

now if joint sponsor will need spouses' income, then the spouse will file an I864A, a contract between joint sponsor and household member (spouse)

Hello aleful what if my cosponsor is a household member what form will we use to sign for the AOS? Thank you :)

  6. Hi vkrishn, I hope you get a CC soon. But I was told the same thing on day or two before I received my checklist, just hoping that you dont get one. Good luck, my checklist response was received by them on 26th so praying for a possible Feb interview. In all possibility if your forms are correct you should not get a check list. Keep us posted.

Papaya07 when did you send your AOS and civil docs?

  7. hi!

In my case we ignored the IV invoice for my 2 kids since they are already in the US (F2b derivative of my husband). My husband only paid for my IV fee and didn't do anything about my kids being invoiced too. Then upon reading this, (was worried I will be asked to submit proofs that my kids are already in the US...and will only delay the process) i logged into my CEAC account and it shows this:

    IV Application Processing Fees: Paid

Number of IV fees: 3 Paid: 1 In process: 0 Not Paid: 0

    Not applicable: 2

I'm not sure...but it says Not applicable. So I'm hoping it's just OK that we didn't contacted NVC about the iV invoice.

You need to scan the green cards of your children and explain that they are already in u.s. You can send it thru an email. That's what I did. :)

  8. oh waw CAC mine was the same as your date AOS ON 13 and IV on 15 of November i called they told me to wait 30 days i hope we get CC sooooooon God welling . ClockWatch2.gif

Hope we all be cc soon and join the February interview...yes I called every single day but then it's no use they always tells me to wait for 30 days I guess I will have to wait and pray hard....I'll try not call ha ha ha:)

  9. hehe yes i think if the operator said the date they received it, it is the start of 30 days review process. when did you submit your last documents? i submitted aos and iv docs together, hoping to have our cases be completed before christmas hehe then we can have our interview on feb :-)

They received our AOS on the 13th of November while our IV docs on 15th of November...Yes we are expecting the same...hoping no checklist....

  10. yes i did but the operator keeps on saying "wait for 30 days, we have it on the 21st" when i asked when did they put it to their system she said on the 21st, so i guess i will stick to what she said 21st but dhl delivered it on the 20th

Thanks Cheeky0527 yes they keep on telling me the same wait for 30 days and last night I asked them when they will enter it to their system the operator told me wait for 3o days..hoping for the best...fingers crossed...
