My K-1 Process are a little bit unusual to compare to others circumstances filing there Fiancee Visa. Majority of them are waiting and waiting and calling the embassy representative hoping for the best to get an answer or at least a reply to have there case to get on moving quickly the process or hoping for the best to get a response, Today i was luckily to finally able to get a hold of someone at the Embassy in Morocco with my 3x attemp to have someone at least to answer me, I am surprised the answer that I got from a lady, she is so sweet and polite I was nervous and carefully asked her and politely about our case and a packet instructions that we have been waiting a long time. she asked for my Fiancee telephone number where she can call him, so i gave it to her she told me she will give him instruction to come bye in embassy to pick up hes instruction packet along with Interview schedule for k-1 visa, for that I was pleased to know its moving along with the last phase of our processing. if someone have the same experienced to pick the packett for interview to embassy instead of mailing it to him. is there anyone the same situations.

Hello, my Fiancee and I are the same boat with you Guys, we recieved our approval from NVC, on august 15, and it was said it was send to Morocco Embassy on the 13th of September, and thank to them, we still waiting and waiting and more waiting with there precious little time.. and now approaching month of October. and still waiting for the instruction package, and if we tried to call them they pretend they don;t hear you on the phone and u dial again they will transfer you from one person to another and transfer you again to another person and that luckuly that person will kindly put your call to the voice mail, and if you are lucky enough they will love for you to listen the whole recording about the VISA, process. so good luck on our both patience.

NOOO !!, bcuz it stating the Employer address and the name of employer, unless hea or she has potential employer to hired him her as soon as he arrived in the USA!!

Hello Anyone with the same case,

I have file my I-29 back in March, and was approved from USCIS, in July 25th, I have the Impression that my Fiancee should recieve a package from US Embassy In Morocco, by this Month in September, and kept thinking it will only take 6 months processing, So, out of frustration I contacted NVC, AND I was told via Phone responded that was forwarded to embassy in September the 12th, and it seems taking a little longer than I expected, and until now my fiancee still have not recieve a instruction package from embassy and it kinda frustrating. and as my fiancee and I check the ceac.state tracker of ourcase it was stating a Immigrant visa, i was a bit confused how it become from non Immigrant to the status of Immigrant bcuz, any unconditional case like Fiancee visa is consider a non Immigrant visa, so ples anyone can answer my confused and frustrating curcumstances. thank you
