@apple21 am trying to find a way he can be visiting nd going back till I can file for him I know I can file wt green card but its gonna take 5yrs longer than my getting citizen . So is there no other way he can visit before then . Wat about studying here we can pay the tuition nd he can do his degree here if its not gonna affect us wen we file. Please can I file tourist visa for my husband while waiting to get my citizen ind next 3yrs before I can petition him and if I do is it going to be a problem when I file k-3 for him , am so new at this but we are getting married next year and I dnt want us to be apart till wen I get my citizen . If so which form do we use nd which category .
