We sent in all that already with the application guess we have to send more in, it's due by August 2017.

Looks like there mailing out the Biometrics letter for those who applied early June!

I would wait one more business day and call them. You can also call your bank if there were not any system issues.

So 2 days later after this post, USCIS cashed the check again no problems, still don't know what the problem was but whatever it's cashed

I sent my wife's I-751 package with $590.00 fee on Thrusday 06/02 by express mail to the Vermont Service Center.

It was received by USCIS on Friday 06/03 around noon time.

The following Thrusday 06/09 the money was withdrawn from my bank account.

On Saturday 06/11 we received a I-797, Notice of Action, it stated how the green card was extended for another year, etc.. and how they received the $590.00.

It had a receipt date of 06/06.

On Monday 06/13 I was checking my bank account, and I noticed the $590.00 was credited back to my account.

The $590.00 was back in my account.

Does anyone have any idea of what happen? Am not sure what happen. Any ideas?

When did we meet?

Where did we meet?

Where do I work?

What do I do at work? Then the lady asked me if that’s true, about the where I work. I said yes.

Do I have any kids?

How do we talk to each other?

Do we talk to each other every day?

When did we legally got married?

Did we have a wedding?

How many guest’s at the wedding?

How many time’s after the wedding, did I visit her?

Do we have any photo’s?

Just go there normal, dress casual and don't be nervous,

just have your paperwork ready for whatever they ask for,

and bring photos and stuff, they'll most likely just ask to see some wedding photos

yea people does fail it, if they cant answer the questions, or don't have proof of the marriage etc..

it does happen. just don't be scared and answer straight.

yes. study the wording in the visa - that line with 'endorsement' in it - and look for that special stamp next to it.

that means she can leave USA and return back correct?

My wife got her visa on 6/03/14

She entered USA 6/04/14 on a CR-1 Visa

She has not yet rec'vd her green card, probally in month or so.

Can she travel to go back home at this point, while she's waiting for it?

My wife and I got married 9/14/12

She came to the USA on a CR1 Visa, since we was married less then two years.

Picked up visa 06/03/14

Entered USA 06/04/14

Her green card hasn't come yet in the mail

When can I start to file the I-751 ?

Where do I work?

How many times I visit her after the wedding?

Do we talk everyday?

& she asked to see some photo's of the wedding, we gave her two albums, she looked at the first two pages and that was it.

Can you please fill out the case complete to interview form. Not very many come through your embassy and we need this data for others behind you. Thank you.

Did you call or recieved an email form NVC. How did you find out the interview date ?

I rec'vd an email from NVC saying how I have a Interview on 5/28

and it has the list of things, you need to take for the interview etc...

My spouse interview is 5/28

On, the interview guideline sheet, part of it say's

"If the relative who filed the petition has become a U.S. citizen, bring a notarized copy of the naturalization certificate or official notification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) indicating that your relative is now a U.S. citizen."

Anyone know what does that mean?

I was a green card holder, when we first met, (2010) then i went and got my citzenship in 2011 & we got married in 2012.

I was a citzen before i filed my petition.

I got an email from NVC on Friday 04/04 - Interview Letter.

Yes I'm waiting for case complete. Check out my sig. I received a false checklist for the IV package Friday. Hopefully the end of the month. I'm hoping for a May interview. Good luck.

I mailed the IV package out on 2/10

I completed the DS-260 & submit it on 2/11

Maybe it's a false checklist??

Present! Aos already completed, but my IV status is still under review since Feb 3.. How long are you waiting?
