  1. Hey guys, just checked and my fees are finally available to be paid!!!!

I have never wanted to badly to give the gov't my money HAHAHA! We all must be feeling this way.

Unfortunately my lawyer wants to be difficult and is not letting me pay the fees until we have other paperwork straightened out.

I don't see why I shouldn't just pay and wait for the receipts while we do that, but again.. whatever.

Let's see how long that takes... wish me luck guys ClockWatch2.gif

  2. Hey Marhaba,

    The USCIS site says:

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov.

  3. I sent it BEFORE the 60 days informing them that I'm about to hit 60 days. I hit 60 days TODAY, and approved today.

I didn't mention anything about service requests, even though I did have two of those.

The first that they did not respond to but only 20 days has passed, and the second one which a tier 2 put down as expedite and they responded to it saying I don't qualify for an expedite.... Which of course I knew, and I don't understand why that idiot Tier 2 filed it so (she only told me she would send a notice for them to reply to within ten days).. was so worried that would get me on their bad side.

  4. Hey guys, you were all 100% correct... at 9:30AM exactly it seems like whoever had my case came straight to work and APPROVED IT!!!!

On January 6, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations

  5. I agree with you dilmera. Hopefully we all get approvals together. I think you and I got transferred together since I remember you said you received notifications at 7pm that day? What #s does your case end in? I'm so sorry you have to go through that and that allll of us do. I don't blame other petitioners, I blame uscis for not processing in time. Feels like every time my processing time is over, they tell me to wait another 6 months.

  6. Ugh dear God, I called and spoke to a Tier 2 again today. Just told me to keep waiting :(

He was pretty nice and polite. At first I thought he'd be the same guy Kaylara got bc he had SUCH a strong accent, I honestly thought he was a clown.. In one week it will be 60 days since my transfer. I already made a service request a couple of weeks ago which should be responded to by Jan 3 due to conflicting info they kept giving me.

Sigh so tired of waiting :(

March 4 priority date, I never thought it'd take this long :'(
