You can call the NVC hotline to get your MNL case number and invoice identification number. 2-4 weeks maybe.

Have you tried calling nvc using magic jack? I think it is easier for us who is in the PH to call than those who are in the US. I called yesterday and I just waited 30 mins to know my interview date.

Hello, any filers who experienced my situation now? My DS-261 was completed after receiving a confirmation from NVC it became incomplete? Do I need to fill it up and re-sumbit it again? Any advice on what is the best way to do it?

NVC received my case Dec 16. Got my case number & IIN January 15

When they gave your case number, ask also the IIN. Thats what my husband did.
