we aren't related in anyway possible if a DNA is what they want that is what they will get and right now to start another process and wait another extra 8 months to a year just because the CO believed that we are related is ridiculous he never asked for any proof once or ever just the pictures we answered the questions the same

Hi @cabrera7186 that's what happen to us, we when to the interview and it was a black lady in window #20 and she interview us and she have a kind of aggressive maner asking question to my boysfriend back and forward up and down after 15 minutes she say have sit she will call us again ,then they interview us separate after that she call us again and Hand out a white piece of paper saying that the visa been refuse under section 221g and that the case will be send it back to uscis for reaffirm we been waiting since march and til now I receive and email saying that they have the case ,because we are planning to get married next month and apply for i130 but now I don't know what to do

I had my interview back in March and the visa was denied under section 221 and they send it back to uscis for reaffirmation or possible revocation.i was planning to go to Dominican Republic next month and get married and start the I130 process but I received an email from uscis that they have the file and that they are working on it and that if they need something they will ask for after 5 months.. BUT MY QUESTION IS ? ANYONE HERE BEEN THRU THAT FROM DOMINICAN REPUBLIC? Can give any information like when uscis received the case the petition have been reaffirm or not ? How long they take to respond with the reaffirm or revocation?how long it take till the consulate receive and place the interview date?

Question visa journey today we went to the interview and the lady who interview us say that all the paper she will send it back to uscis for them to review and after that uscis will send me a letter to respond .... Can someone give me any advised abt what will be the next process

Hi everyone question ...my fiancée son is in the papers BUT we decided that he will join us later ,do we need anything of his son to present at the time of the interview even though we going to bring him here later or in case that the official ask me just say that he going to join later .THANKS A LOT

@createsome but they strongly recommend that the petitioner needs to attend the interview but if u can't I just wish u good luck

My fiance just got the packet 4 and I'm confused first question do we have to fill a ds160 for his son and one for him even though his son going to join later,2) his son have to get the medical exam or he can get it when he's about to join,3) we just have to fill the ds160 ,sd156k and I-134 last thing it doesn't matter if I fill his sd160 like 3 months ago? Thanks a lot

The interview appointment was today at Lima's embassy at 8:15 am. I am so happy that my fiance was here with me. We arrived at 6:30am and get in like at 7:15 am. By 9:19am we were OUT and with our visa approved. It was so easy. I will write soon a review about today. Meanwhile i will spend some time celebrating with my fiance!

First I got am email from uscis saying they had mailed me a notice of my approved petition. But my petition was approved Oct 24. Then when I went to ceac website the date had changed from

There is only a packet 4, packet 3 is just telling you what paperwork to download. if he does not get it soon he could go pick up a copy at the consulate.

Just wait to get the hard copy in the mail it could be something simple don't worry I get one RFE and after 10 days I got the approval email
