So I have recently been reading that some people have submited pictures as relationship proof, the question is at what time during the process do you submit them? since my husbans interview is comming up I made a binder with pictures from the begining of our relationship all the way to the last time we saw eachother physically.

i just got approved on 07/03/2014, my pd is 06/03/2013

it took 1yr and 1 month exactly.

ohhh gosh I'm so sorry it took so long to get approved! that is very long! and you are yet to start another lengthy process.. ughhh I wish you the best I'm currently stuck on the last part of it... may you find it quicker on the next parts!

Ohhh gosh I so hope we get an approval before I head back home and leave my husban behind it's been so hard on both of us knowing that our vacation time is comming to an end soon, we haven't gotten approved and he has to stay in his native South Africa :'( I'm praying for a little ray of sun! Our transfer date was the 18th of December to Nebraska. :/

That's just a BS message to discourage callers from calling and talking to real people.

The more realistic time frame is 60 to 90 days after transfer.

Nebraska approved a couple of 12 dec transfers yesterday. From around 17th dec June filers will be starting so our time is coming soon I m praying!

Well thats good news! ughhh we are so sick of waiting! :'(

Its so sad Just called USCIS and they can't even hold that they advertised 60 days in the letter and now the recording says to call only after 180 days from transfer... :'( whaaaaaaaat? so any way I spoke to someone and they couldn't explain why the change. :'( what is happening to Nebraska????? I haven't heard any movement... have you guys heard any? they said they are stuck on April 5, 2013.

Spoke with congressman's office today all to find out the same thing I already knew-"oooh they working on Feb cases".

4 days away until our 60 days are up for our transfer notice which is January 21! On the 22nd I'll be calling them asking them if they have my petition done yet! Whatever answer I get I'll say ok , hang up, 5 minutes later Im calling again! You got my petition finished yet? 5 minutes later, I'm calling again you have my petition finished yet? ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY AND I WILL NOT STOP I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY THINK WHAT THEY SAY OUR WHAT THEY THINK THEY CAN DO! THEY'LL GONNA WISH THEY NEVER HAVE MET SUCH A ONE AS ME....

Good news for us.

Petition was approved on 18th Dec. So that is 21 days from transfer to approval at Nebraska office.

Also, didn't mention earlier, our case is not DCF as it is not availible any more in New Zealand.
