I have an interview on march and they asking docoments like joint bank and lease and some joint names...my problem i dont have those papers..i only have like joint tax return last 2015,, transfering money from him and utility bills with our name together..what should i do???

This is the first time to post on this site

I filled a i-751 last march to remove my condtion and i check extreme harship because me and my ex husband is not yet divorce that time..i did my biometric last april..on sept.we got divorce..now i got rfe for my application which is extreme hardship..

My question is can i just send my evidence for extreme hardship and just show my divorce decree if i get an interview or should withdraw my old application and fill a new one with divorce waiver
