Uh...status was updating on its own afew times but it stopped now. Senator made inquiry on my belhalf to embassy and they responded with standard AP respons on Janury 9. My case updated on January 9 2014 because of response to senator. After that my case updated on its own on January 11, 13, and 14. and then stopped. After 14 there is no update . At first I was hopeful that maybe we will get our visa issue but I Don't know...10 months and 10 days in AP. What do you guys think?? Is there a chance of visa being issued?? Has anyone had similar experiences?

My Visa was ISSUED on Jan 6th

and u know what my case was updating from 21st Nov 2013_4rth Jan 2014.

I got my visa issued after 1 n half month of updates

So dont worry n just Pray

ahmadjutt ,kamran others who have visa now when u people r going?there is confusion about medical valid for 1 year or 6 months. last time embassy ask my medical afte 6 month doctor also told me now medical expire after 6 mnths.Now it is 3 months gone for proving 3 rd medical.

they didnt asked me for medical after 6 months and my visa is valid till 29 june 2014 that means my medical is valid for 1 year.

my ticket is confirmed for jan 30th but my passport is in embassy for correction

But i have already sent them my passport to Embassy, i recieved call from embassy and the officer asked me to send the paasport back, then how could i do that to not send them passport. i also told that officer that i have my ticket confirmed and he said i will get it before that.

friends today visa is in hand, there is one mistake on visa, my name date of birth pp number is ok, but on my fiancee addres they have to write (NEWARK) but they write bewark, so what u should is it ok ,coz one my frend in amx told me that ur detail is ok then no prob, what u suggest plz

I also had 1 mistake, i quickly emailed then next day i got a call from embassy they told me to send the passport and visa packet back to them

Happened to my sis and bro. They take just 1-2 days to reprint visa with correct passport numbers so you shouldn't worry.

my status was updating regularly since 28th Nov

28th, 29th Nov, then in DEC 2nd, 9th, 11th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 27th, 30th, then in JAN 3rd, 4rth then on 6th ISSUED

From what I know, her case was in AP for 5 months and 13 days.. She'll tell you rest when she is online... Right now, she is probably in some shopping mall, getting fancy stuff to move to US. lol

Not trying to be pessimist or anything, but I have seen ppl where CO have told them that they will get visa in 7-10 days and yet they wait for months in AP. But let's hope for the best.. :3

You didn't answer my question tho, for how long your fiance is stuck in AP?

I m female and i m in AP from 5 months 12 days

and CO told me the same that u will get visa in a week

its all depends on person's luck .it does not varies from case to case and person to person .. it depends on luck ..

When was your interview cindrella?

when they have change our case status. after how many days will updates our case status.

No body knows when they update

but yes when they do some work on ur case or whenever they reply to your emails

2 updates in 2 days. but not very excited about it after the last time.

does green slip means thy denied my visa forever or objection or reject my visa what is the meaning of green slip ?

Nooooo, it does'nt mean that they denied your visa, its just it is in Admin processing

i hope your AP will not be sooo long

but just relax and be patient you cant do anything about this, no 1 can tell you how much time it will take may b 1 or 2 months or may b 6 months approximately

Just pray to Allah, this is just what u can do.
