  1. I don't understand?? Did you have have this proof already at interview. Did you have tax transcripts, affidavit of support, and current pay stubs when you were at interview? why would you have to resubmit?? Please clarify why you would have to resubmit.. Thank you

My fiancee doesn't have any children, but she has 3 very young cousins whose mother abandoned and whom she cares for like a mother. On the I-134, I indicated she didn't have any children. However, on another form, she claimed them as hers with the hope of one day bringing them to U.S.A. This discrepancy is the source of the problem. I did submit ttax transcripts, and w-2 forms with the affidavit of support, but now I'll have to re-submit those documents as wel as a notarized letter acknowledging those children.

Which brings me to my next question: How should this notarization be done ? Do I take a simple letter saying I acknowledge these children and then sign it in front of the notary and have him stamp it ? I don't have any experience in legal matters.

  2. My fiancee completed her interview at the U.S. embassy in Manila today. The consul requeted that I re-submit some forms:

-US FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN FOR YEAR OF 2012

    - W-2 FORM(S) FOR YEAR(S) 2012

    - AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FORM I-134

    EVIDENCE OF CURRENT SUSTAINED INCOME

OTHERS: "A MUST IN ORDER THAT YOUR REQUESTED VISA WILL BE GRANTED"

    -

YOUR PETITIONER'S US NOTARIZED LETTER ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR THREE CHILDREN

    WHAT TO DO NEXT :

SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS : Please use the 2GO courier service to return document to the IMMIGRANT VISA UNIT. Information on the procedure may be found at http://supplychain.2go.com.ph this service is free of charge

WARNING : THE LAW REQUIRES THAT YOUR CASE BE TERMINATED IF YOU TAKE NO ACTION ON THE ABOVE REQUEST

    I have some several questions.

I'm here in the U.S.A., so that rules out my using 2GO courier, does it not ?

The affidavit of support requires my original signature and the notarized letter requires an authentic notary seal, so these facts rule out my emailing and her printing the forms, do they not ?\

Where would I send these forms and documents ? What address ? And would U.S.P.S. be an acceptable courier?

Any other info would be helpful.
