AC1981 reacted to Ladidinbaba in Lagos Consulate replaced DS-156 and DS-156K with DS-160
Are you going for a K1/K3 interview soon? I already filled out ds156 forms ready for my boss lady interview in Nov then something made me visit Lagos embassy site and found out they replaced DS-156 and DS-156K with online DS-160. To my surprise they still kept the expired form I-134 so I wonder if it was a mistake or the prefer the old form that required notarization.
