    hi everyone ... just needed your advice ..im confused now... my husband subbmitted his i-130 and it is been approved last september 2013... now my problem is the passport copy that i have in that i-130 i am still using my surname when i am still single ... but now my passport is been changed into my husband's surname.. would it affect with the processing of our papers? plsss i need your help

      I do not think that even matters,as long as is the same passport number

    hello everyone I need some help whoever incounter this kind of problem My petitioner is newly in his job he was start last march 19 2013 then his not yet recieve W2 record from his employer till by early january so my question if he is some old w2 copy from old employer,is that okay ?if that the one we use for evidence of support. god bless all

      I would suggest he uses the previous w2 and current pay checks so that they know how much he makes
