What evidence is needed that bonafides the marriage. My visa was denied today for that reason. The interviewer did not think the marriage was genuine.

Can anyone help please, it says:

1) Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

The extension filed is only if I couldn't meet the april 15 date right?

First Congratulations on getting your husband to the USA. I am happy you two are united. I do have a question, did he wait to file the K-3 visa in Nigeria until all your forms were approved here?

I also married in Nigeria and are waiting for the I-129F and I-130 forms to be approved. Any help would be grately appreciated.
