If you guys like driving and he is looking for a job, maybe you might consider doing trucking for awhile, if you have no kids then wife can accompany hubby in most companies and even train to be a driver herself. If your driving and criminal records are clean and you are not overweight, then you are good to go, it might take coupld of months for training to get your license , but then once hired you guys could move out and live in the truck for awhile and drive across country, just an idea.
