Its the USCIS immigrant fee for the production of our green card. The petitioner can pay for it after we have received our visa, before we fly to the US. Its paid online here: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-immigrant-fee

They will accept the Choice of Agent within 10-20 business days. After that, they will generate the IV fee invoice.

Hi again apple. When i signed into ceac.state.gov site i cant see my daughter's name nor mu husband's name in IV fee. But they dont send me they invoice for IV fee yet. im just wandering why its like that.

30 business days. That's the timeframe NVC is quoting now.

NVC sends out the interview letters every LAST WEEK of the month (around the 27th).

Thats really sucks that you going to have to wait another 30 days my friend.. i don't need joint sponsor but i hope i wont get any checklist..

i can't believe 1 mistake can delay your process for extra 30 days.. if my priority date wasn't current then i would not be mad but since i am current then 30 days seem like 6 months to me.

Hi mei0508 sorry to heard that.. may i ask whats your checklist about? what did you do wrong? today is already 24th and im still waiting for AOS accepted..

Some parts of it need to be corrected and they are asking for some pay stubs and joint sponsor's proof of citizenship (eg. Photocopy of Biographic page of passport, birth certificate etc.)

So i have to wait forever again..

I know.. Its been 20 days now since we pay the AOS fee and still no IV invoice. i dont why its like that

We sent the affidavit of support 10th of august. Ive waited for 24 days for NVCs response and now i got a checklist for the affidavit of support. Omg. So i have to sent it again and wait for 30 days? Since they said processing now takes 30 days?.

We sent DS 3032 a month a go after 15 days ive called NVC if they recieved it they said i have to fill up the DS 261 which is the replacement for DS 3032, so i did. It was said on the site where i filled the DS 261 that i have to wait 3-5 days, for the IV invoice but after 7 days there is still no Invoice.. *sigh

This is so frustrating

How will i know if NVC receives my DS 3032? We've sent it thru PhilPost so we cant track it if is delivered or not. Thanks again.

July 16, 2013- Received NOA2

August 09, 2013-Recieved DS 3032, AOS

August 10, 2013- Pay Fee AOS

August 11, 2013- Sent Document for AOS

August 13,2013- AOS status is PAID

August 14, 2013- Sent DS 3032

August 15, 2013- AOS Docu Delivered at NVC
