Hi! My visa was under K1 visa. I am currently on my adjustment status. Waiting for my interview.

After I got married We applied for the adjustment status then later in we decided to have our marriage registered and also change my surname. They gave me a new passport in phil consulate. SHOULD I ALSO INFORM USCIS ABOUT MY NEW PASSPORT NUMBER?OR IT WILL BE CARRIED OUT. Pls help. I am planning to have a vacation this xmas and im afraid to be on hold or something because of this. thank your reply.

No need for me to show any papers on the airport? Does it have to be 10 days exact for the ar11? Coz we are on hotel for 30 days in san diego. My husbands gonna go schooling first then we go look for a house. Sorry i got lots of questions I dont know anybody to ask thats why. Thanks for the replies ladies?

Hi! I am in need of advice! I was on K1 visa got married and now on pending case of I-485. We applied for AoS sept 2014, I got the AP already, then we recieve that we need need to submit further documents. We sent off their requested documents dec, 2014. When we checked online our status it says we should recieve a reply by march 01, 2015. And its now april 18 we havent recieved any reply from them. We are set to move to another state (from guam to california) two weeks from now, we dont know if will I be able to travel. I tried emailing them my concerns but no reply. We called uscis several times but it keeps saying "if you want to talk to customer service, please call from 9am to 6pm". We dont know which time zone they are. Anybody had the same issue as me before. I dont know what to do. I really need some advice. Thank you and God bless!

Hi anybody here tried interview in abu dhabi for K1? I am for k1 interview next week here in abu dhabi . I just wondering do I really need cenomar - certificate of sigleness? Coz its not yet ready and im afraid it wont be available on my interview date. Help!

Hi! i really need some advice for those who are in uae. I am a filipina working in dubai and I will be finishing my work contract this coming feb 17, 2014. I am for k1 visa interview in abu dhabi on feb 26, 2014. and planning to go home to philippines when i got my k1 visa. I was informed by my company that they will be cancelling my visa asap i finished my work. i am worried that they might not approve my fiance visa because I dont have a valid uae visa that time that i will be on interview. I also heard that there's a 1 month grace period that anyone can stay in a certatin country when visa is cancelled but im not sure if they will consider it..Does anybody here encountered the same issue as mine. help! thank you!

Hi im for k1 interview. I am here in Dubai and currently working. I noticed some issues regarding my application. My visa in dubai is a receptionist. But what we wrote in our application is that im a nurse. My real job here in dubai is nurse(nursing). I dont know why my company before places it as receptionist. But everything even my police clearance is receptionist. Were so worried. Will it matter? I hope someone can reply to me. I appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Godbless!

Hi. Me and my partner is planning to submit our fiance visa application tommorrow. I am in dubai and he's in US. I am just wondering is it okey we write my address here in dubai UAE since i am still working here Or should we put my address in the philippines since i am going home for good after 6 months? We are confused.lol I appreciate your help! Thanks!
