    Yeap it is already current. I think ull just have to wait for your IL maybe it depends on the country though

    i've heard we need to bring CEMar.

    But i'm not sure if it's like Cenomar application in NSO.=)

    Whats cemar? Is it certificate of marriage that has to be NSO copy. If thats what you mean we have to bring the orig copy.

    Guys, id like to ask another question. Im turning 21 on April 6th, i called the NVC to ask if there was a problem if they come to schedule my interview for a date AFTER my birthday. They said i dont need to worry, because i started the whole process under 21 years of age, so it doesnt matter if i turn 21 before the interview. To make sure, i called them two times in different days and they gave me the same answer. But, when i go the website (travel.state.gov) its written there that i have to notify the NVC if im turning 21 soon so that they can expedite my interview, because if i dont my visa category could change...

    Here in Brazil is carnival right now so ill have to wait until thursday to try and contact the local Consulate or Embassy to see if they can give me some more information...

    Have u guys ever heard about anything like this?

    Karinacruzz dont be worried with your situation. I was petitioned under family based petition of green card holders with 21 y/o children and under. I had my interview last Oct2011 and i was 23y/o by then and was petitioned Jan2009 so was 20y/o and 6mos. What saved me was they had this Child protection Act where in if you are petitioned before youre 21 then youll be saved with this new law they currently have.it may not sound convincing. But i am a living example of this act :)) so dont worry.

    Hello guys, I really need help, i got CC today, but they also sent me another RFE about the AOS, asking me to bring the forms filled to the interview, the forms both for the petitioner and the sponsor because they said it was missing information on the ones i sent. Has this happened to any of you? I'm worried i can get denied or that they won't approve me at the time of the interview but later. Thanks! crying.gif

    I havent tried and read about this yet. Just make sure to give your Principal applicant a copy of your AOS that youve sent to the nvc and bring it during his interview

    Wow! That will be good news! Have you got your IL already?

    Have you checked your spam mails? I think NVC generally sends the email exactly a week from the day your case was completed. I believe they already sent you the email and it probably got into your spam mails.

    Not yet.i received their email mostly in my inbox not on my spam mail. But ill try to check it today. Thanks for letting me know :))

    My case completed on 18th Feb 2014 according to the NVC call-center agent i called. Then yesterday I got the proper email for case completion.

    wow yours was fast. i on the other hand is CC last feb12 via phonecall. and haven't received any email yet regarding the completion of case. waiting for it patiently though. hopefully next month.

    Finally Case complete email came in yesterday. But I guess i shouldn't expect an IL until my PD becomes current ....sobs!smile.png

    Thank you, I have read that cut off is 19th, I am happy of course, but kind of thinking that because of these 2 days might need to wait another whole months sad.png I still hope for April interview though

    just enjoy the days left. You'll really miss your country when you get here soon. just dont think about the days, the next thing you'll know it's your interview day. Good luck to us!

    Mine was completed today feb 21, not sure if i will get IL letter this months for April interview though

    Congratz shsha! Ive read that cut off dates are the 20th of the month. Maybe you'll get your IL very soon and have the interview on april|may. Correct me if im wrong anyone. But the brighter side is that youre already CC! Congratz again.

    Congratulation! Almost there! Just phoned NVC today and I asked about the status of my IV package, the operator said still under review since 3 of Feb and just wait for 30 days from that date to complete the case. I hope so but I'm not in a hurry.. Our AOS has been completed so less worry. :)
