  1. Retrogression occured in May 2008 & Feb 2011..feasibility of this happening this year..Right now the criteria for a Retrogression is only with the Immigration Office...

    Good Luck

    Guys don't worry

No chance of retrogression right now because in 2008&2011 vb move 2-4 months

But since last 2 year vb moves week to 2 week

And nvc started process for jan2003 as they know this time 6 week movement

Retrogression only possible if movement is more than 2-4 month

  2. Will there be any retrogression looking at the current movement. This time its 6 weeks for sure. And october-november-december people have just strtd receiving COA. And have heard that there are less cases from July 2002 onwards. What do you guys think will there be any retrogression?

Try calling them again and ask abt the interview again.

I also think about that man

After sep will current and oct case not complete

So chance of retrogression or no movement in coming vb

  3. She said that there is no problem to travel as long as the main applicant goes first then the other ones.

About my experience was pretty fast and easy,

I was at the embassy around 7:10, the interview was scheduled by 7:30, We had to wait for like 40 mins before we got the call.

They said that me and my siblings were over 21 so they were going to check if we are eligible for CSPA, they made us wait for another 30 mins and they called us again that everything is OK and that we are eligible and made us fill some documents to not to marry until we arrive to the US.

After that they asked my mom some easy questions about her sister in the US, how long she was living there, why did she move there, in what VISA condition, when was the last time we visited them. She opened the medical exams took the papers and gave us back the MRI and then she made us wait for some more 30 mins...

After that we get to talk to the CO, she didnt ask much and she was very friendly, she had a partner next to her and she was like training him... so the conversation was very comfortable. She made us read some kind of oath and then fingerprints, the only question made was if we know we had to sign for the military service and then she said that all our papers are in order and that we are getting the VISA. She cancelled my tourist VISA and then ... that's all.... pretty quick and simple like 15 mins only. After that my dad asked the questions I told you and then.... we left happy :P

    Thanks for your support!

U got visa under cspa ?

Your name mentioned in interview letter?

  5. sorry if i step out of our subject but i'd like to inform Mr lengygf that we are just discussing ,making predictions , advising each other , and sometimes reporting some fact and official speeches .thus we do not need to hurt or insult one another .our goal in not to correct grammatical or vocabulary mistakes ,but is to inform advise and correct politely not like this : (Please stop posting ignorant content without even understanding the relevant immigration rule, and please improve your English skill so everyone can understand what you are trying to say). sorry again for the interruption and good luck for everybody .

Exactly no one is perfect in immigration. So, don't be hyper ? and obviously English is not our mother toung so understand bro.

  6. Yes you are right 3 week movement. What do you think it will be also 3 week movement in next vb ?

    Hi guys

I am from india and my pd is 22jan2003.

I think 3 week movement sure and let's pray for new pridiction by them in next visa bulletin.

So, we get idea about few months movement.

But I think it's better to 3 week movement than nothing.

  7. BIG SET BACK for derivative child's under F3 and F4................

When Is It Possible to Retain a Priority Date for an Aged-Out Derivative Beneficiary ?

Only F2a petitions can automatically converted into F2b and no new petition is required. It retains its original priority dates.

but F3,F4 derivative beneficiary age out not able to retain their original priority date and parents need to file new separate petition under F2B........

Now we are not eligible for CSPA?

CSPA IS CLOSED FOR F3 and f4?
