So we have received our NOA2 for our K-1 visa and we are getting everything together as suggested. My problem is this: I am a teacher in Thailand and what I earn puts me below the poverty line. My parents have agreed to sponsor my fiancee. Should I fill out a I-134 and my parents also fill out an I-134? Or do I just submit my parents I-134? I have no property, income or assets in the USA.

Also I have read that the embassy in Vietnam can be a little picky when it comes to co-sponsors...anybody ever dealt with this first hand? Thanks for any help

Hi, we are preparing our G-325A forms and I have a question:

He has been a freelance construction worker for pretty much the past 10 years. Paid daily. He can remember the cities in which he has worked but he is his own employer. Some jobs lasted days, weeks or months. Not quite sure how to fill out the employment history on his form. Do I give his own name and address as the employer....OR....would it be better to just say he was unemployed?
