I call every single day haha I can't help myself. I called today and still nothing. Sometimes when I call they just say they haven't received it yet and a couple times they've told me they have recieved it but it's not in the system . So I'm really confused hopefully soon I'll have a case number

I was approved on October 29th. Today has been exactly 5 weeks and still nothing from NVC I'm starting to get worried ! I forsure thought I would have it by noww

Ja zivim u USA i verenik mi je u srbiji. Predali smo za K-1 vizu i dobili smo NOA2 nakon 28 dana ! Iznenadilo nas sto je tako brzo stiglo i sad smo ostali sa mnogo pitanjima.

1. Mogu li ja biti prisutna na interview sa njim? Imate li vi iskustva sa ovim?

2. Verenik nikako ne prica engleski, dali ce ovo biti problem na interview?

3. Jesu li potrebne dokumente na engleski ili srpski na interview ? Dali uopste ima to veze

4. Sad ima ovo novo DS-160 u mesto packet 3 i kako sam razumela moze da se popuni online i odma da se plati fee i zakaze interview, jeli to tacno?

Hi everyone! I got my NOA2 on october 29th. Im not sure what to do next. When do i start calling NVC? How long does it take USCIS to ship to NVC ? Will anyone notify me when NVC gets my paperwork. Btw im at california service center. Thank you for your help in advance!

I just wanted to let everyone know I am bawling my eyes out, I just checked USCIS and my NOA2 is on its way !!!!!!! Thank you so much everyone for your support <3 What do I do now? I cant think straight im shaking !

28 days for Noa2 . I hope you all are right behind me. I was losing hope because we have been fighting so much lately because of the distance and now we are a step closer to being together !

Looks like things have slowed down this is already so hard for me. Does anyone else ever feel like they just wana give up?

I never used the VJ estimated timeline. Everything said 5 months when I checked USCIS, watched on here and some around my timeframe had gotten approved from the same service center. Which service center did yours get sent?

Mine was also sent to California. I know the processing time is 5 months, but the VJ timeline gives me hope since it says november I was just wondering if anyones was close to their VJ timelines

My fiancée and I submitted our I-129F on Sep-25, NOA1 date of 01-Oct, then Alien Reg. # changed on 03-Oct.

I receieved my Noa1 in the mail today! However I saw on the USCIS website a few days ago that the alien number was changed. How do I get this alien number ? Are they going to send me another form with it ? Any advice and comments will be appreciated ! thank you!

If your fiance makes 125% above the poverty guidelines and is able to show that he can support himself, you and any children you guys might have then you can file right now. Congrats ! I hope the same thing happens to me . You were soooo lucky ! How do you know when your case is " touched " ?

I have to get my fiances document like the " letter of intent " translated.

My question is can I translate it myself and then just go get it notarized or do i have to get it translated by someone certified ?

For the G-325A is it ok to leave the spots that dont apply blank ?

If i am the petitioner on the 129f it asks me for an Alien registration number. I used to be an alien and I do have that number from before but I am now a USC do I need to put it on the form or no ?

I read somewhere that it is good to have a letter from your friends or parents also providing " proof " of the relationship? Is this good advice?

Any other advice before I send this in will be greatly appreciated !

Using that second link I see that I fall under the Nebraska Service center but when I check their processing times , it doesnt have form 129F listed ?

Also on the 129f form it askes for an Alien number. I am a U.S citizen, but do have an Alien number since before naturalization. Do i need to put it in ? I dont understand this part it confuses me.
