Okay guys

I got a notice yesterday (14 November) saying that my case as been transferred to another office for processing

Today (15 November) I got another notice saying that my case has been transferred to a LOCAL office for processing and that the local office has complete jurisdiction over the case.

What should i make of this? Is this good/ bad news?

I got the exact same notice....On exact same dates as yours.......

Also i guess they combined my I-129F and I-130 together since i got the same notice for both of them

Ok My case just got transferred to another service center.

On November 14, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I dont know which office they transferred my case to though ?

April 3 PD......No Transfer or no action on my case....Still "Initial Review" ....Wow sucks to be me....Every one around me is getting transferred or approved and i am stuck . Hopefully tommorow brings good news.....

I am April 3 PD. I was wondering if any one who filed in April 2013 got their NOA2 yet or are they still working on March Filers ?

I am an April Filer....Please All Jan Filers please let me know if you guy got approved just yet so I can kinda estimate the time frame

So All January Filers are approved i assume ??

K3 visa is free to apply when you have a pending I-130. It is easy to apply for with minimal evidence since you already have a pending case.

I would say you should because if your I-130 gets approved before K3 then they throw away K3 but if K3 gets approved first then you have to do AOS when she comes over here

I am an early April 2013 filer. It has been over 6.5 months now. I was wondering if Jan/Feb/March Filers where do every one stand ??

Would appreciate if any one can tell me what month they filed and the date they received NOA2 ?

Try K3 Visa...Maybe that can help. Right now they are processing K3 visas in 5 months. And best of all K3 is free if you have a pending I-130 petition. Hey you never know if K3 will get processed faster than I-130.

From the look of things I-130 is moving reallly really slow
