  1. So how come you agreed with me when i said, quote "As i keep telling people since you don't know the details of this particular case you can't know if it was even supposed to be transferred. They're transferring I-130 for immediate relatives filed by USCs. This could be something else. " but you still keep doing this? Maybe K-3. Maybe I-130 for a spouse filed by a USC. Maybe not. Not helping, you know?

the idea that you have to know the details to give an opinion is wrong according to me. By now everyone knows that only uscis knows the details, so why bother, everybody else pretends they know the details..

we just give our own opinions here, we can change our minds if we want, we are just trying to understand, not to lead... so don't take everything for granted... even by uscis, ....let alone by pseudo immigration lawyers/experts who believe their opinions are always to be taken for granted, and also can end up being wrong.

my opinions are not taken for granted, therefore are not harmful, they are just another different way from that of the 'experts' who are just spokesman not of their own thoughts, but others.

if i want details about my petition i ask directly uscis, not my lawyer or an expert.reading.gif

  2. wow.gifi think that comment was a bit insensitive..................offtopic45vn.gif..................Off-Topic2.gif

i also think a request for expedite is much better to get attention on your petition than lets say contacting your congressman or applying for a K3, and everyone should apply for an expedite as soon as they can if they think so, especially when you have been waiting for so long.

  3. mine is MSC139075485X very close to this approved one MSC1390754845, i hope mine gets approved before, rather than it gets transferred somewhere, or at least with a status of being in process at NBC and not possible to transfer.

for the moment i am not transferred..

for today i found 2 petitions.. i-130 maybe ready to be approved today, and i-129f transferred too (maybe K3)

  4. As i keep telling people since you don't know the details of this particular case you can't know if it was even supposed to be transferred. They're transferring I-130 for immediate relatives filed by USCs. This could be something else. All those reports about transfers do look like a trend to me.

you are right.. we just have to discover what kind of trend??? for the moment mine is not transferred yet..

  5. Hi everyone! We just joined the forum after reading quite a bit here and getting a lot of helpful information from it. Thought we should share some of our infos.

We are March filers, PD March 4, and received the message today that our case was transferred to our local field office. So it looks like they are moving on to transferring cases filed in March.

you are a member since todaytimeline.gif

here it is a March 4th not transferred

  6. Hi.. Ive seen a couple march filers who reported that they got transferred today

hi, i can't say that's impossible but still no large transfers are occurring, which makes me believe that information needs to be validated and still not be generalized unless there is a massive "transferred" trend going on..

i keep track of a lot of cases direclty from uscis case status and see no transfer at the momenteb0dfafc.gif

  7. current status is this: (please add information or correct me if i am wrong)

** FEB filers are being transferred to Local offices or other benefits centers

    ** MARCH filers

    A) those who are DCF or Expedites are being currently approved

    B) rest are getting transferred to local offices.

** APRIL filers - still in limbo whether they will be transferred to LOCAL field offices or other benefits centre is not known????

March filers are being processed for the moment at NBC, i see no march filers transferred at local offices, mine certainly not for now. And i believe it will be processed at NBC.

DFC or Expedites are no different than the rest regarding transfer in another center, especially the last one.

i keep track of many cases and i don't see any large transfer of March filers.

  8. UNBELIEVEABLE ! ! ! I was just told today by the senators office that they aren't processing K-3s and that they get merged with the I-130 and processed together.. The exact opposite of what you were told... But I filed the K-3 this month because my attorney called me 3 weeks ago and asked me to come to his office and sign the petition because he got word that they are re-starting the k-3 processing again..

I was also told today that processing is 6 more months....blah blah blah.. same ####### I was told 2 months ago.....

I am soooooooo friggin sick of all this immigration #######

i think i already said this on an earlier post... good luckeb0dfafc.gif

  9. Just got the same notice as well, case transferred to local field office which is PHOENIX in my case:

On October 23, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

it looks like all February filers are being transferred and March filers right now are being processed at NBC ..

  10. there were a couple approvals on Saturday the other week. ( 2 April filers) That approval is for an I-130 but it could be for something other than a spouse. Or maybe for someone who is here in the states already. Not to take away your thunder.... Sorry. You can't go by picking random case numbers... There are too many I-130 types out there.

it is for a spouse or orphan.. and i believe 99% it is a March 11th petition.
