Petition sent to the NVC today woohoo! Going to call in next week to make sure they received. Now to gather the documents my fiancé will need.

Finally received approval after sending our RFE! Hooray for NOA2 and NVC here we come!!!

Received Notification that our petition was approved today
Congratulations!! Hope the next steps go smoothly for you!
I just received my hardcopy RFE in the mail. They need my fiance's letter of intent to marry. Totally missed that! Will the service center need an original signed copy (with signature in blue ink I heard is preferred), or can I get a scanned signed copy from my fiance? Sometimes letters from Italy can take a month to get to their destination. I've sent my fiance stuff before with overnight delivery and it got delivered a month later anyway... I'm afraid it will take too long for me to get his original letter to then send to the service center. Does anyone know if a signed scanned copy (signature in blue ink) is acceptable?
Thanks!

Got an RFE yesterday September 25th. Now I have to figure out what I need to send them. I was really hoping for an approval but at least they have touched my application. Hopefully an NOA2 will be right around the corner! The wait is driving me crazy

Congrats to everyone who has been approved so far! I'm still waiting for mine but hopefully I'll have some good news this week seeing that there have been quite a few approvals lately ?
VSC NOA1 Received: June 24
Transfer to TSC: Aug 9

We got our NOA2 a couple of days before you guys did.
It's making me paranoid to see people getting approved so quickly, especially ones who filed after us, while we wait. Did we send everything? Don't they like us? Ahhh!
Maybe this week will be our lucky week. *fingers crossed*

Enter your number in the case status/ receipt number box on the top left.
I already do this but I saw people were able to see the status of other applicants before and after them. How are they able to see this?
I just checked the 2 numbers before me were touched....I am hoping my case is next!! come on CSC!!

Hey everyone! Curious but where are you checking the receipt numbers? I'd like to check mine too and see how many are left to be approved before mine I was transferred to TSC on August 9th...sigh

Has anyone here received a transfer notice? I received my NOA1 (VSC) on June 24th and yesterday I received a hardcopy transfer notice that my application has been transferred to he USCIS office in Texas. Does this mean my application will take longer? I heard the Texas office doesn't handle i129F applications and has no timeline. Part of it says:
This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at:
Texas Service Center, P.O. Box 851488 - Dept. A, Mesquite, TX 75185-1488
We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. That office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.
Does this mean I would get my NOA2 from Texas instead of Vermont?
