Hi , so NOA2 recieved on october 31, and yet no case number, plus last time I tried calling DOS, they gave me the case number of another applicant which frustrates me and by the second contact another person on the line said NVC hasnt recieved your case, so as it has been more than a month now and we havent got anything but confusing answers plus wrong case number from DOS, what should we do, can it be that our case is lost or... how can i figure that out?
