I would make sure you include copies of your divorce papers with the initial filing of I129F then when it reaches the embassy in the philipines ask what they require for documentation.

WE submitted on the 16th and recording at the number i called yesterday siad alien registration number changed

I feel for you I work in healthcare as a case manager not sure there is much you can do, I don't know what you do for a living but have you thought of looking for a different job. Yes for most this is not an option but only thought I had. The other thing is when is she due? is it after open enrollment ? Insurance companies are not suppose to discrimanate for pre existing conditions If that is the case you could pay out of pocket for her prenatal care but birth would be covered and if there is any type of emergency the ER and hospital have to care for her. Will pray for you guys and hope all works out well.
