    I just completed the process of F-1 to a GC with my husband. No lawyer was needed. Just follow the guide. Never did the OPT as his EAD came within acouple of months so he worked on that rather than OPT.

    We let the school know when we filed our paperwork, but they treated him as an F-1 until our interview, where they took his I-94 and said the F1 doesn't apply anymore.

    Hi.. I have one question I have also completed proceesing of F1 to greencard. I have received greencard last week . the question is do i need to inform the international office for terminating sevis status or it gets terminated automatically??

    Hi folks,

    I have received an email notification regarding RFE on I -485 application last friday 13th september, but I haven't received mail..its kind of worrying me as I have heard that they just give 2- 3 three weeks to respond on RFE. for my case its already been 1 week but no mail yet. Do anyone knows how long normally it takes to get

    08/22/2013 - I 485, I-131, I-765 application accepted

    09/04/2013 - Biometrics appointment

    09/13/2013 - RFE
