I suggest she talks to her husband first and try to work their relationship instead of just running away or plotting behind his back. Let's remember, that this is about a MARRIAGE first instead of just getting a visa/green card/status.

I know it's a bit early but thought we'd get a June AOS thread going. We mailed our documents May 31st and received both three emails and three texts for each of the packets we sent last night. I put a G-1145 form on each filing instead of just one on top of the pack. Our AOS receipt date was June 5th and the EAD & AP receipts were dated June 3rd. All three filings show up on the USCIS site and we are now in the squirrel cage!

Seems like the most logical and far less stressful advice!
OP - It might take a little longer but your rate of being denied and so many frustrating run around is less! Best of luck and keep the love alive!
