I have been absent from this feed for quite some time but I recently caught up with the threads and wanted to add my journey.

Location: Los Angeles

Filed: Nov. 15, 2016

Fingerprints: mid December 2016

Interview: July 14th -- took 15-20 mins, very straight forward, approved/recommended for citizenship

Ceremony: Aug 22nd!!!! Just got the ceremony letter this week!!

This has truly been a tough journey but God has always shown me the light. I pray for the best for everyone. Remain optimistic and hopeful. It WILL happen for everyone.

Hello everyone, I have been off the forum for quite some time...but nonetheless, I wanted to deliver the good news! I got approved for my permanent resident card today!! I'll share my timeline below.

I-751: 9/04/13

Receipt: 9/06/13

Biometrics: 10/04/13 (thank God I was able to make this appointment..almost missed it!!!)

Approval: 12/18/2013

Please add me to the timeline. Good luck to everyone. So happy right now that I am speechless. One step closer to citizenship! Thank God, without Him, none of this would be possible
