You have K3 listed. I gather if you are at NVC you have chosen the CR1/IR1 route. All you can do is call NVC monday and find out what is going on.

I think we will continue to see random approval now until September when most I-130 will start getting adjudiceven

even my case is same...

i applied for i.130 in may 18/2013 and received the NOA1 on may 22/2013,After that i did not received any info from them...no NOA2 no email nothing,

seriously i fed up with this process...

You will need:

- a certified copy of your own birth certificate.

- a certified copy of your marriage certificate to your deceased US citizen spouse.

- proof that your spouse was a US citizen (this could be a copy of their naturalisation certificate (if they were a naturalised citizen), a copy of their US passport that was valid at the time of their death, a copy of their birth certificate indicating that they were born in the US, or a CRBA certificate indicating that they were born outside the US but derived citizenship through one or both of their parents).

- a certified copy of the death certificate of your US citizen spouse.

i have 1 more doubt,as i have only xerox and scanedcopies of his originals i don't have his originals with me....is the scanedcopies are enough to submit are i required originals too?
