Hello Can someone see my attacment, screenshot from ceac, because I have 3 n/a's but I'm not sure is this case complete, because I need to pay for IV but it isn't invoice.

I've got checklist 2 days before, scan date 12 March, on a subject line of email I've got was this: (CHECKLIST COVER LETTER)(CC) is this (CC) means Case complete? because on the checklist they only need to submit again DS261 online, I have already did online on 17 Feb but yesterday I did it again because NVC ask fot that. Is there is any mistake I did?

I believe only document cover sheet. You can mark Not applicable that is not needed for your case.

The IV package is all about the immigrant/beneficiary. So it's their birth certificate, police certificate, marriage, anything else that needs to be included, etc. Not yours.

The AOS package is all about you, the petitioner. That has the I-864, tax info, and work info.

Hello to all I have one question about IV pac documents. Do I need to send birth sertificate only for the benificiary or for me too, and the same guestions for the police sertificates? Only for her or for me too because I'm green card holder and I have lived in the same country from where she came from, thank you

Yes I complet it and pay 120$ for AOS, NVC send me email with cover letter to submit the documents but it was'nt clear for me do I need to pay IV aplication fee firt so then send the documents to NVC

So now I need to wait till I'm able to pay about DS-260 and then send all my documents right?

new processing in NVC ask for you to send both group of documents together.. the AOS supporting documents and your civil documents

I have guestions about NVC process, firts I paid AOS fee and also NVC send me mail with instructions about all documents that I need to mail with copleted AOS, but I'm i little bit confuse I can't pay IV fee and complete the DS-261, can someone help me to exlain me how the process is going right now? Do I have to mail my all documents so later I will pay for IV fee or I need to do fee before? thank you so much
