In my case I think the problem may have been that the date on the bottom of the form had been cut off by my printer, so even though it was the right form and had the correct date at the top, it still got automatically declined. That's what I am guessing anyway, as I sent it again with no issues. 

Hmm I guess I'll have to. Just hope I don't have any issues the second time 

It says expires 11/30/2017, how can this be out of date?!

I submitted my petition to remove conditions of residency and I just received it back with a letter saying "The form i-751 you submitted has been revised. You must submit the form i-751 with a revision date of 12/23/2016." The only problem is I checked the form I submitted and it is that exact one! It has 12/23/2016 on the bottom. I don't really know what to do now, do I just send the same thing back again and hope for the best? Or am I missing something here?!
