  1. I know that there is not an exact timeframe. I tried searching for answers to have an idea. My I129f application was received May 6, 2013. I sent back rfe response and was received Aug 21,2013. It's past 60 days and I called USCIS and was told it's still pending. Should I just wait and see what happens or can I talk to someone? Should I be doing something? Any and all advice would greatly be appreciated.

Hi, what is your RFE about?

  2. Can you advise why it was denied? Its going to take awhile because of the huge backlog, so you will just need to be patient, and persistent. Also depending on why it was denied you may want to consider talking to your Senator they may be able to assist. No promises.

I have noticed that Kuwait Embassy is somewhat difficult to deal with at times. I was denied twice for a visitor visa. When we did our K1 visa interview I was allowed to go in the waiting room with my Fiancee, the officer asked her when the last time, was she had seen me. I came up to the window and said hi, but a little later, they asked her again if she had more proof of our relationship, we both work here in Kuwait and I was sitting right there...anyway we were approved pending some additional paperwork, we are waiting on the call to come and get her passport back now. I hope Sunday 11/10/13.

Hi there they allowed to take your fiance with you during Interview? Congrats...

  3. With that latest form you just leave the space blank if the answer is none or not applicable. Just be careful with Part 3 question 2. That cannot be left blank .You must tick the applicable box. When I filled out the I-129f form I left it purposely blank . We ended up getting an RFE for that one and delayed our approval for about 3 weeks. Good luck.

Oh My God! I didnt answer that part 3 question 2. Thats why we recieved e-mail notification for RFE last week..Maybe thats our RFE..Still waiting for the hard copy of our RFE...Hopefully only this the problem of our papers.

  4. GUYS CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?

On October 30, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). 5. Hi,

I checked my case status today and got the following message -

On Sept 30, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Can anyone let me know what this means? I have checked on other websites and it looks as though most people that have had this message have previously had a visa of some kind.

I have not had a visa at all previously and this is the first time I have ever applied for any kind of visa. I have also never had an alien registration number. Some websites also say that we may hear shortly regarding our NOA2???

Has anyone had this message recently or know what this would actually mean.

Just a little confused about what I am reading everywhere.
