A friend of mine just got an inquiry from NVC requesting then to send another completed form I-864 but on the bottom of the paper there was a statement about how to obtain Nigerian Police Certificate. But the inquiry did not directly ask for a Police report. Do they need to send one? please take a look at the attached file and advice. Thank you

I arrived at d embassy around 6:00 a.m, we were screened and asked to queue up to enter d consulate. We went through another series of screening, then we were given a number and seated.

When my number was called I was asked to submit d necessary documents, DS-160, police report, medical, birth certificate, my fiance's birth cert and passport info page, affidavit of support, statement of account and tax statement.

I went back to my seat and waited to be called for d interview. Was called an hour later and d interview went:

Who petitioned for you?

How did u meet?

How many times has he been to nigeria since u met him and how long did he stay on each visit?

When did he propose?

Was there an engagement ceremony?

Did he pay any dowry?

Has he met your parents? And when?

How do u communicate?

How often do u communicate on phone?

When was d last time u spoke?

Then she asked me to show her communication evidence(phone logs, emails and skype chats) and our pictures.

She then picked a paper, circled an address and passed it to me and told me to pick my visa. I was stunned and she said congratulations your visa has been approved.

Its six months but your medical expires six months from when you do it so you need to enter before ur medical expires. Which may be before that six months

You should also email Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov and state that u called the 800 number and explain your ordeal they will be able to search for your file. check out this page.

No all you need is the need ds156 and ds156k if you schedule your interview before October 7. and if it was after that all you need is to fill DS-160 you can find it here https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx you can fill it online and print the bar code page and take it with you to the interview.

yes you will need to do another medical too.
