Yeah I spoke too soon. I just got mine too. And I called NVC to ask about the IV Fee Invoice. Apparently, everything takes 60 days now. So I have to wait 60 days from when they received the DS261, we pay, and we send docs, and wait ANOTHER 60 days.
They received my AOS on 7/8/2014 too, so that makes 9/6/2014 the 60th day which is a Saturday. And I am already expecting a Checklist due to not putting "N/A" on the Mailing Address portion of I-864A. Guess I won't expect for this case to be done until next year. Shame!
This has been the longest, most painful experience I have with the DoS. I didn't have any issues for my K1 to US Citizenship, and now for my parents' visa.
I went ahead and sent a corrected AOS 'cos I made the same mistake . I don't think it would hurt anything.

I got the email today
But I have a question. I also have an approved I-129 for a spousal visiting visa. Can we use it instead? and if we decide to use it, will it affect the current process with the NVC? Does anyone know??
