Yes. You can download the deposit slip online and she can go to the nearest BPI branch. The visa fee will be pain in peso.
If she pays after 3pm, she can schedule her appointment at 1PM the day after.
For the medical, it says on their website that they suggest doing it 7-10 days before the interview (I am trying to find out if it is okay to do this a month before but I am not sure yet). You will need to bring your appointment letter btw

Yes, unfortunately. My NOA2 will expire on February 2014. Though I know they will extend the validity for another 4 months, I just do not want to risk it in other sectors such as the CFO and Medical so my fiance is calling the embassy on Monday to try and see if they can help us with getting an earlier date
