My hubby had his interview on Feb26 Wednesday and got his visa by Saturday noon.

they dont email u to tell u they received it.. u have to call them to verify.. try calling NVC..

He brought the other half of the NBI clearance where it says personal copy.. but they never asked for it bcoz I think the one we sent over to NVC is all they need as long as itz not expired yet. I think the NBI clearance expires 1yr.

But asside from Marriage Certificate do we realy need a CEMAR? Do you have any idea? Thanks. CEMAR is not included in my IV packet.

my husband just had his interview last feb 26 and they did ask for a CeMar. I've been reading posts saying F2A beneficiaries should have their CeMar. I also read somewhere here just because they dont have CeMar she was given 221g. So, I didnt wanna risk it and asked my hubby to get Cemar too. Even though Cemar is not included in the document list in the Interview Letter just bring one just to be on the safe side.

I tried to track his visa via 2go. It's in Transit already! =)

My husband had his interview at USEM Manila. He said he was only asked few questions and only asked for our wedding picture as evidence. Here are some of the questions:

Who is your petitioner?

How did your wife get to the US?

What is her Father's name?

Did u travel in the US/anywhere abroad?

What is your wife's exact address in the US?

When and How did you meet?

How is <CO stated my name> as a wife?

It was really fast! He was still in the Embassy and the ceac website says Issued already! lol

My husband is in the USEM right now for his interview. I've been anxiously waiting for his call or text! So I decided to check his visa status at ceac.state.gov and Im so surprised to see that his Visa is ISSUED already!!!! Thank God!!! Hoping to have it on Hand in no time!

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary tonpre-processing of your case. As soon as interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney ( if applicable) will be notify.

is that a case complete?

Yes.. that means case complete and waiting for interview to be scheduled.. congratz!

Got case completed Jan.2! Thank God! Now waiting for IL.

Did u call NVC as well? Because when I called DOS yesterday morning the Lady said to try call again next week.. then I called NVC in the afternoon and I was able to get my case number already..

Just got my case number and iin a few minutes ago! We have been approved Sept18.. I have been calling DOS and they kept telling me to wait and try again next week.. but my guts was telling me to call NVC and I did.. I was surprised that they have my husband's petition and even assigned a case number and iin as well! Just keep calling guys and you too will have your case number soon!

Jan 18 2013 and still waiting! Im planning to write to our congressman for help....
