We were denied back in October of 2015.
We had to resubmit medicam exam in June 2016 -Done June 6, 2016. We were requested to file an i601 waiver which was sent off and received July 14, 2016. Approved expedite September 16, 2016. Asked to send in passport. Received passport September 22nd. Our case went to refused, ready and now administration processing. Any reason why? Anyone with the same case? Help I am going nuts.... ?

The only response I got back was as of today August 15, 2016 your request to have your case expedited, referral number *****, is currently not assigned for processing.
Anyone know what this means?

I haven't heard back all I got was a letter from on August 1st stating the time it is taking them and at the bottom of that letter it states that if I didn't receive a response 15 days after the date of the letter it was going to be a denial. I am praying to GOD I hear some good news soon. It hasn't been 15 days but I am wishing and hoping for the best. I sent my waiver to the lockbox here in Phoenix but I don't think it has been sent out yet because when I got the letter for expedite it still had the Phoenix lockbox address. Good Luck as in we all need it.

I was told the same yesterday to wait 30 days as it is taking them a little longer for the case to be looked at. This is a very stressful. When did you file your waiver?

I would like to know the process of an expedited I-601 waiver. Has anyone done this before?
*On July 26, 2016, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited
*On July 26, 2016, your request to have your case expedited, referral number ******* was completed
Any one knows that should go after that?

Yes they both are his kids. I didn't know you (yourself) can write these I haven't yet started. I just don't what to say or how to say it. I need a lot of help hahaha. I do have a lawyer as well but, the thing is that she is not responding to me and she isn't explaining anything right to us.

Ok people I have to submit an EXTREME HARDSHIP. I don't know where to start, I would like a little more information on how to do it if anybody can help me please. I have (2) daughters and one is 4 and the other is a year. I was told they couldn't be included in the hardship. I have a question for you ladies. Can I show them proof that I was hospitalized for losing so much blood after my 6 weeks postpartum? Well the reason I ask is because I was hospitalized and then after that I had to go treatment for iron injection and till this day I still take iron pills because I'm so bad in anemic. That's all the things I can only get together. So if anyone could help me I would appreciate it so much thank you very much!

It's such a disaster. I don't get why we have to go through such a rough process. We are already going through a difficult time why put us through more.
