I got case completed july 19n interview for dec 11... itz taken 3/4 months is fast compare to other years

My interview is next month I'm takin everything even if I already sended to the nvc just incase no excuses....

I have a question my case was complete on july 2013... I send d230 n affidavit to nvc before they complete my case do I have to do the new eletronic form D260for cases after sept 1???

Hi everyone i have a question, if you already have a case number does it mean your case is already complete? Sorry for such abit silly question, we asked our lawyer about case completion he just gve us the case number - im confused ;(

No.... that means NVC got ur case now u going to do the complete case steps as affidavit etc depend on ur case....

Case complete on July 19.13 got interview email on Oct 28.13 for Dec 11... f2a Dominican republic

It can be her husband is a us citizen and did a visa petition first bcuz thas too fast.... or usr an emergency matter that works fast but 1 month didn't even show affidavit n pay the fee the takes 20 days the less...

By the way my aunt n cousin rcvd interviw from NH nvc and Dominican Republic for November interview I'm still waiting n my daughter was petition first... crazy right

Hello everyone, I just want to share this.I have a friend who is also an I-130 f2a category via (California service Center)also from PHL she was petitioned by her husband last August 22, 2013, surprisingly and i don't know how could be this possible because she got her approval notice(NOA2) only last September 23, 2013, it only took her 1 month. Mine is April 29, 2013 and still no (NOA2). I couldn't believe so i confirmed it to her husband and he says it's true. On her status it indicates as post decision activity.I think they were now waiting for the choice of agent letter.

No interview for november yet???

But even thou its a holiday dosent mean the enbasy is close for interview... so just call NVC n verify...

Itz because if u filed before september u no longer have to wait 2, 3 years to have ur love one here itz gonna be faster less then 1 year to many people.... ao of ur PD is before september 2013 congrats ur love one would be herw in few months

At the NVC website for Octover bulletin would be PD Sept 8-2013...

No, she will not because even if there's a retrogression I don't think it will go as far back as mid 2011. Don't worry.

My pd is July 2011 and case ia complete sense July 2013 for F2a if it changes before my interview they sd my baby would loose her visa oportinity untill is current again....
