Is your wife domiciled in the USA now? If not then she needs to think about moving there and establishing domicile. Also, you really don't need a lawyer to do anything for you unless your case is special as my wife is a LPR and we did all the filing ourselves. You need to start with the i-130 form and necessary documents. Fill it out very carefully and send to USCIS along with all the necessary documents. I have not gotten the email as yet. I called about last week thursday so I'm just waiting a bit. I'll probably call them again next week after the 10th if i don't get the email or if the "Choice of Agent" is not open.
