Alright guys ,

I am a permanent resident and got married 3 months ago after have been for 2 years with her.

Now, it's the other part of our relation to get a green card for her.

She has a F-1 visa and now I am trying to apply for a green card .

All paper works are pretty much done , EXCEPT SPONSOR !

I can't find a sponsor for my wife's application .

My 2010-11-12 tax returns are not enough to be a sponsor for my wife, but in 2013, I ve started to make a decent money ,cuz I was a student before and now I got a job. Is there anyway I can overcome this desperate situation???

I have a similar situation with him . My wife also has a student visa . But my question is little different that this.
I am having trouble to find a sponsor since my income is not enough for last years tax returns, but I have started to make decent money since Jan,2o13 .

I am so desperate now to find a sponsor . What's your suggestions ? Please , THANKS>

My wife has been in the U.S since 2005 with F-1 visa and she back and forth every year .

On part C, question 14 requires I-94 and arrival date .

Should I put the first enter or the last one ?

Thats what we are planing. She should maintain her status until everything gets cleared.

Should I file I-130 and later I-485 later ?

I-130 and I-485 have to be sent together ? The reason I am asking for , my financial situation is not enough to cover sponsorship's responsibilities and I am having trouble to find a sponsor , what should I DO ??

My wife is in same situation right now. She has an expired F-1 visa. She just registered for the new semester in a Community College to maintain her status . It's expensive though if we look at our financial situation.
I am a permanent resident and trying to apply a green card for my wife . Will it make any problem if she drops the classes and get our money back ? ( We made a payment plan though )
