my fren has files i485 n i130.her noa1 for i130 has been approved n sent to nvc. n yesterday c got appointment for biometrics on oct 25th.but when c was student c had worked illegally using ssn for 3 months.but since then c has maintained her status n worked legally.now c has gud job n her history of tax payment is also nice.her husband has green card only..............now c is very worried as c had worked illegally for 3 months.does anybody had faced such problem.................or does anybody have idea abt it?

i got my visa already..........i think u will get ur date on 1st wk of october.n interview date will b most probably after tihar......its my prediction only........hope u get ur interview date soon n get visa.....

hello........when did u file i130......how long did it take to get 1791c

I m GC holder and I have same situation going on. My wife had her interview on Aug 6. She was done with interview and the embassy told her to come back on Aug 8 to collect her visa. on the day of interview all the documents that I had sent to NVC are returned but they have kept her passport. But when she went to embassy on 8th, they said the visa is not ready yet. They have taken her contact number and they said they will contact my wife when it is ready. I din't understand it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

my sis in law had an interview on aug 20th.her visa status showed "visa issued from aug 22nd".before that it showed"AP".during her interview c was told by co that c is qualified but c needed to wait 10 days to 2 wks for visa as 1 of document that nvc sends in package to embassy is missing.my brother had called to nvc n they told that they had mistakely sent the doc to another country...but on aug 22nd they have already dispatched that doc to nepal(place where interview was held".when we called to nepal embassy they said that doc has not been delivered so we wont be able to give visa though everything is ready untill we recieve that document.........................

does anybody have idea how many days does it take to deliver doc from us to CO office?

its already been 5 days ...............but still doc has not been delivered to US embassy..................me n my sister in law had planned to travel together.........but as c has not been called to recieve visa......we r in dilemma what to do..................

in us embassy of nepal ......they will ask for engagement photos............other trip photos r zus a secondary photos,,,,,,,,

5.he showed me 2 pic n asked identify the person in pic

i think photographs play a big role.so u better carry more than 30 photographs.n i had taken other evidence like credit card,skype chat,email,viber call log,online gift receipt,greeting card................but he didnt ask any of those.............

we have no way of knowing what document was missing. She needs to contact the consulate and ask

c had asked to co ........but he told that it isnt doc that she n her spouse needed to submit.it is some offical doc that nvc/or some us office needed to submit,

It might be any documents .. No need to worry if he/ she is qualified .. Just cheer up.

today my sister in law had a interview in us embassy of nepal.c was told by CO that c is qualified.but he told 1 of doc that us office from us had to send to the embassy in nepal is missing so it may take 10 days to 2 wks for visa.he didnt give any slip...........n kept her passport.n told her that c will b informed as soon as they recieve doc from us .what doc did he mean?n status shows administrative processing!!!!does anyone has gone thru this kind of situation?embassy told that it might take 10 days to 2 wks....but does anybody has idea how many days will it take?

dont worry ....if u had any doubtful medical condition they will treat you here.i.e IOM will tell you. If not you are not objected by embassy. This was the case in my dad too. I am sure in this matter. If you had any doubtful condition IOM will tell you to wait. so if you are cleared by IOM dont worry.

i have not been approached by IOM after medical checkup.n after 3 days i have an interview.does that mean i dont need to worry..................thanks heart lip..

i had gone for my medical check up 1 month before in the place assigned by embassy.they didnt give us medical report.they directly sent to the us embassy.i have interview on the august 23rd.i m really worried seeing the post from 1 of my country who mentioned that c got white slip which showed that her medical report is pending n c was asked for tb smear test!! m really worried for my interview?plz suggest me................

when had they asked u for smear test?did they mention anything after ur medical check up......or u came to know abt smear test on ur interview day?

ya they will take ur past medical n present medical history.u have to go thru chest xray .......n take vaccines .....n also they will examine ur whole body ...like for any tatoo,lump,marks........

i had sumbitted my original marraige certificate in uscis.n i sumbitted certified copy of marraige certificate in nvc.now i have my interview in nepal on aug 23rd.i mailed uscis to return my original marriage certificate but they informed me that it isnt in their file n forwarded my message to nvc for inquiry.but nvc too informed me that they dont have...so m anxious for my interview...............as i have zus submitted certified copy to nvc.........they may ask for originals.............what to do?plz suggest me!!
